It's all about the base!

Ok time to get moving. Let's start building up to your fastest, possibly first ever 1 mile run.

We connected with Paul Bredell, Dani Lagerwey, and Sipho Mejini to help figure out some basic first steps.

Now that you're registered at we're going to plan your first week of training.

The key takeaway - get your butt off the couch & your feet on the ground!

Try to find around 5 hours in your first week to jog/walk, jog or run - it doesn't really matter as long as you're moving. UA Wind 2's, with built in running tech, make it that much easier to do!
