A fast, fun triathlon right on your doorstep!

Swim in a protected section of the Atlantic, where dolphins play almost daily, set in the midst of a huge entertainment venue with restaurants, craft markets, theatres, aquarium and much more, is only step 1 of a fun and healthy morning out.

 

With Table Mountain as our backdrop and transition area at the stylish Grand Beach - a magic space awaits to gather and feel the pre race excitement. Endorphin - loaded, smiling participants then ditch wetsuits, grab their bikes and head onto Beach Road and into the Green Point precinct for the flat and fast rider lives. Riders enjoy traffic free bliss exploring the magic beachfront, with waves crashing into shore just meters away, as they take in the World Cup Stadium, the Sea Point pool, Bantry Bay and Robben Island among other world heritage sites.

 

Just as legs and smiles begin to fade, athletes hop off their bikes and start a

fun, fast and flat 5km run up Granger Bay Boulevard and into the immaculate

gem of Green Point Park. Passing manicured lawns, statues, fish ponds and the

golf course, makes the final leg bearable before they enter the buzzing A track to complete a 400m glory lap, before emotionally arriving at the vibey finish line to receive applause and hard earned bragging rights, finish photo & medal.
