Velociti Elite 3, Velociti Pro 2, and Velociti SPD deliver race-day innovation and record-breaking performance

Under Armour has just introduced the next evolution of its flagship technical running platform: the Velociti Elite 3, Velociti Pro 2, and Velociti SPD. Engineered for speed, precision, and elite-level performance, Velociti is built for athletes who demand measurable results on the track, road, or treadmill. The innovation-first lineup is designed to support both training blocks and peak efforts, giving runners the tools to chase their fastest times.
Velociti has already proven its credibility on the world stage. At the 2025 Boston Marathon, Under Armour’s Sharon Lokedi delivered a historic performance in the Velociti Elite 3, setting a new course record and providing the ultimate validation to Under Armour’s approach to performance footwear. Lokedi was close second at the 2025 New York marathon, just behind a course record. Once again Velociti continues to set the standard for what’s possible in performance footwear.
“One of the best things about working with Under Armour is how much they listen to athletes. The Velociti Elite 3 incorporates thousands of miles of feedback from training and testing on the roads, everything from the way it locks in on long runs to the responsiveness I need when it’s time to surge. That collaboration paid off in Boston, where the shoe helped me stay efficient and strong all the way to the finish line. In New York, the innovation we've built together helped me push the limits and compete for the win” says Lokedi.
Earlier this year, after months of training, race simulations, and dialed-in gear prep, Under Armour South Africa athlete Joseph Khoarahlane Seutloali delivered the ultimate payoff by winning the 2025 Totalsports Two Oceans Marathon in 3:10:46. Building on that momentum, Seutloali stormed to victory in the Under Armour Velociti Elite 3 at the men’s 21.1km race at the Gun Run, underscoring Under Armour’s performance-first DNA and the relentless innovation that powers athletes to go further, faster. “I used the UA Velociti Elite 3 for the first time at the Gun Run. The shoes felt very nice — light and fast. I liked how they moved with me. I felt strong and ran my best race, even got the course record.” says Seutloali.
These shoes don't just look & feel great - they deliver the results that make all the difference. We tried them and we really like them. Have you tried on a pair?
