This latest evolution of ASICS’ flagship stability running shoe elevates both support and cushioning through a refined midsole and an updated upper—providing a smoother, more adaptive running experience.

The GEL-KAYANO™️ 32 continues to feature the game-changing 4D GUIDANCE SYSTEM™️, developed through extensive research and testing. Unlike traditional stability shoes that force the foot into alignment, this system works in harmony with the body’s natural movement to offer dynamic stability when it’s needed most. It guides the foot through a more efficient stride, delivering exceptional comfort and support—even under fatigue or in demanding conditions.

We all know that as fatigue builds, our stride efficiency changes—and often becomes more exaggerated on one side.

Staying true to the ASICS design philosophy, the GEL-KAYANO™️ 32 introduces several key refinements to further enhance comfort and stability:

• FF BLAST™️ PLUS cushioning in the midsole delivers a lightweight, responsive ride with a soft feel and energetic rebound.

• An additional 2mm of foam under the forefoot enhances cushioning, while a new lighter foam compound reduces overall weight compared to the previous model.

The engineered mesh upper has been redesigned for a softer, more breathable feel across varying paces and distances. The tongue wing adapts to the unique arch shape of each runner, improving medial support and contributing to a secure, personalized fit.

Completing this substantial update, the inclusion of the HYBRID ASICSGRIP™️ outsole offers enhanced traction and durability.
