Giddyyyup - it's time to up the pace!!
We're into our third week of training for the UA All Out Mile so we can start to step on the gas to shave precious seconds, or even minutes, off your mile PB.
This week you're replacing some of your longer run time with a snappy 400 meters session. Here we get a feel for running specific distances with a dash of speed.
On one of your training days this week you're going to do a +-15 minute warm up followed by 400m sets with a minute rest inbetween.
